Increase the speed of three infantry units by +1 hex per turn. Instead of carrying multiple speed boost cards, you can now save space for more POWERFUL cards by playing this ONE card. Extremely POWERFUL on big maps! (Most of the BattleDex maps are VERY big!)

Lol i finally beat Colloseum with TheDealer's help. Now i have gotten Rally the Troops by my own effort  MAUAAAHHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH *ahem* Sorry solid
