I dont know why no one mentioned this earlier

Camo and ghost artwork have gun in them. But those units cannot fire and this buff cannot be removed, so wwhy do they need gun?

I gotta agree. If you're goin camo in a war, are you gonna just throw away your gun?

well i wouldnt, but that is basicly what happens here with camo
