In a nutshell, let players and freinds invite you to a party when you are NOT in a match, the party can utilize "party chat" and the party leader can make a room that instantly moves all party members to said room.
Party invites cant be given to people who are in a match, in a lobby already and players can have a setting such as "recieve party invites from:" and can choose: "everyone" "friends" "Idster" etc etc.
